What is your cancellation policy?

 

You can cancel any cleaning service up to 24 hours before the start time without any penalty. Bookings canceled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

 

Can I skip or reschedule after the booking?

 

You can reschedule or skip any booking for free at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time.

Does someone need to be present when you clean?

 

That's up to you. When you book online you'll be asked to provide entry instructions. If you hide a key or have a doorman, then you don't need to be present.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

 

Miraculous Cleaning comes with all the necessary, pet-safe cleaning supplies needed, so there's no need to provide them. However if you'd prefer for us to use your cleaning supplies, just let us know.

Can I trust the cleaners? 

Absolutely! The cleaners who work for Miraculous Cleaning have integrity and are good, honest, hard-working individuals. (Bo makes sure of it!) 

What about tipping? 

Tips are always appreciated, never expected. 

If I would like to call and get an estimate, how long will the process take?

Less than five minutes.
